Pastor Allen McClellan

Pastor Allen McClellan, III, a native Kansas Citian, was born to Allen McClellan, Jr. and Ruby McClellan May 8, 1965. He was called to ministry at the age of 15, and began preaching the Word of God at the age of 19.
On May 16, 1992, Pastor Allen married the beautiful Deidre J. Harvey. Pastor Allen was trained in ministry at Christian Tabernacle Church of God In Christ, under the leadership of the late Bishop Emanuel Newton. During his 30-year tenure there, he held numerous ministry capacities, including Youth Pastor, New Member Instructor, and Associate Minister.
In February 1999, he obeyed the pastoral call and Fountain of Blessings World Outreach Ministries was birthed.
Pastor Allen is an innovative, dedicated, and prolific speaker, who is committed to providing educational community services designed to meet the needs of the whole person and the community. In addition to his ministry duties, he routinely provides Life Coaching, Volunteer, Funeral & Chaplain Services, and is trained as a Certified Mental Health First Aid Responder.
Together, Pastor Allen & Deidre McClellan have committed to take God’s Word to a hurting and lost generation and to impact the world for Jesus Christ.

Deidre (Harvey) McClellan was born the third child to the late Deacon Maynard E. Harvey, Sr. and Mable Harvey on May 3, 1967 in Kansas City, MO. Following the example of her parents, she was trained for ministry service from birth, serving in numerous auxilliaries at the Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of the late Reverend Dr. Wallace S. Hartsfield, Sr.
On May 16, 1992, Deidre married Allen McClellan, III.
Pastors Allen and Deidre McClellan are the founders of Fountain of Blessings World Outreach Ministries in Kansas City, Missouri. Pastor Deidre works diligently alongside her husband, serving as the Executive Pastor and Director of Women's Ministries.
The passion and heart that Pastor Deidre has to see people walking victoriously is evident in her bold, fearless ministry style. She is also the founder of Total Woman EmpowHERment, a women's gathering designed to edify, enrich, and minister to the total woman.
Pastors Allen and Deidre McClellan are the proud parents of Cortez, Keirstin, Alexa and Synclair.

FOUNTAIN OFF BLESSINGS
Fountain Of Blessings World Outreach Ministries was birthed as a result of a vision God originally gave Pastor Allen McClellan in 1994. The vision occurred again in 1998 while en route to Oklahoma for the Azusa conference. The Lord spoke clearly and specifically, and Pastor Allen was able to hear without interference or distraction.
