OUR VISION
Vision Statement
Our vision is to be a true fountain of God’s blessings—an ever-flowing source of hope, healing, and spiritual renewal that transforms lives, restores families, and strengthens communities. We aim to be a place where the love of Jesus Christ is felt deeply, where the power of the Holy Spirit is experienced freely, and where the uncompromised Word of God shapes how we live, serve, and grow. Through worship, discipleship, outreach, and compassionate service, we seek to influence generations, uplift the broken, empower believers, and shine the light of Christ in every space we touch. Our desire is not only to impact those who enter our doors, but to be a life-giving presence that reaches our city, our region, and beyond—bringing transformation that lasts.
Fountain Of Blessings World Outreach Ministries was birthed as a result of a vision God originally gave Pastor Allen McClellan in 1994. The vision occurred again in 1998 while enroute to Tulsa, Oklahoma for the Azusa conference. While continuing to serve faithfully and diligently at his home church, detailed plans were made to begin laying the groundwork for this new journey.
After fervent prayer and seeking wise counsel, the first service of Fountain of Blessings World Outreach Ministries was held on Feb 7, 1999 at the Holiday Inn in Grandview, Missouri. The following Sunday, we began holding services at the Benjamin Hotel & Ranch located at 87th & Hillcrest Road in Kansas City, Missouri. The Holy Ghost moved mightily in our services and many people were attracted to our charismatic style of worship, as well as Pastor Allen’s prophetic ministry gift, and animated style of “Preach-Teaching.”
Over the course of the ministry, Pastor Allen began focusing his attention on outreach ministry, as well as preaching, teaching, and providing pastoral care to our weekly congregants. To that end, he began traveling with God’s Way Evangelistic Outreach; conducting crusades and tent revivals in southwest Missouri, Minnesota, southeast Kansas, Illinois, and Ohio. Pastor Allen laid hands on thousands of people, declaring healing and deliverance in parking lots, parks, prayer lines, and on street corners in various towns throughout the Midwest.
In addition to our pastor’s evangelistic outreach efforts, Fountain of Blessings also partners with community foundations to feed the working poor, displaced, and less fortunate; provide assistance for battered women; assisting those formerly incarcerated with reentry to society; assisting foster families; providing free mammogram services to the uninsured and underinsured; and, providing chaplaincy services to residents in local nursing homes and rehabilitative centers.
We honor the Lord for His goodness and faithfulness toward our ministry as we continue to share and show the love of God to his people.

Through the years, Fountain of Blessings has remained steadfast in its commitment to spreading the Gospel and serving communities near and far. Our ministry has participated in crusades and tent revivals across Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, Illinois, and Ohio—bringing the message of Jesus Christ to cities, neighborhoods, and rural areas hungry for hope. Thousands have been reached through our evangelistic efforts, prayer lines, and street ministry, where lives have been touched, prayers answered, and hearts restored.
Beyond the pulpit, we have partnered with community foundations to feed the working poor and displaced families, support battered women, walk alongside individuals returning from incarceration, and provide care and encouragement to foster families. These efforts reflect our mission to be the hands and feet of Jesus—meeting both spiritual and practical needs while demonstrating God’s love in tangible, life-changing ways.

FOUNTAIN OFF BLESSINGS
Fountain Of Blessings World Outreach Ministries was birthed as a result of a vision God originally gave Pastor Allen McClellan in 1994. The vision occurred again in 1998 while en route to Oklahoma for the Azusa conference. The Lord spoke clearly and specifically, and Pastor Allen was able to hear without interference or distraction.
