FOUNTAIN OFF BLESSINGS
Fountain Of Blessings World Outreach Ministries was birthed as a result of a vision God originally gave Pastor Allen McClellan in 1994. The vision occurred again in 1998 while en route to Oklahoma for the Azusa conference. The Lord spoke clearly and specifically, and Pastor Allen was able to hear without interference or distraction.
